Standard floor prep may also be
required for uneven or damaged
concrete before vinyl, hardwood,
ceramic tile, laminate, and yes,
sometimes carpet can be installed
properly.

Tile, other than ceramic, requires
special types of adhesive, thin-set
mortar, or some other more
expensive material for a proper
installation.

Carpet and other items installed
outside of the Houston area, is, in
most cases the same price as in
other areas, at this time only the
base carpet, which is $8.99 (OEP) in
Houston and $9.99 (OEP) in the
College Station areas. This is due to
fuel costs.
